Community Marketing Blog
To make sure we are all on the same page, I am going to give you a little bit of information about the blog I will be following for the purpose of this course. Community Marketing Blog was created by Andrew Ballenthin. Anyone can submit stories to this blog, making the blog interesting since its success depends on the blogging community. However, stories can not be self-promoting or for advertisement purposes as reader are looking for best practices and content they can apply within their organizations.
From a PR perspective, this blog can be useful to us as it is giving tips for the workplace and our professional lives. This week, I would like to share with you what I have learned through the blog. In many of the post LinkIn is mentioned. Not knowing what this was I did my own little research. LinkIn is a social networking website where professionals can sign-up to find lost and present colleagues, discover hints for your career as well as find job postings, and network with experts in the field. For those interested in exploring this site you can go to the following link http://www.linkedin.com/?trk=hb_logo
